How do I contact PayDashboard?

The Mobile App Help Centre can be accessed through the app menu.

Log in to the app > Press My Account > Help.

This will open an external web browser and take you to the Mobile App Help Centre, from here you can view various help articles and topics.

Should you need to contact the PayDashboard Support team, you can do so by Submitting a Request:

From the main Help Centre Page > Press the Burger Icon, at the top right of the screen > Submit a Request > Fill out the requested details >Submit.

This will log a ticket with our support team who will contact you regarding your support issue.
